I can't access parts of a course

If you cannot access part of, or all of a course, be sure to check your system requirements.
Our courses are designed to run on Google Chrome or Firefox. Other internet browsers such as Explorer, Edge and Safari do not support certain elements of our courses.
If you are running Google Chrome or Firefox and still having issues, check that you're using the most up to date version of your browser. Also check your internet connection, as slow speeds can affect accessibility.
